What Return is

Return is a personal meditation app that generates daily sessions tailored to you. By using Return, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining access to your phone number. One account per person.

How the app works

Return generates one meditation session per day for you. Sessions are created by AI based on information you provide (your check-in, your history, your preferences). Sessions include generated text and optionally generated audio.

The content of your sessions is generated by AI and is not reviewed by a human before delivery. While we design our prompts carefully, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect.

What Return is not

Return is not therapy. It is not a mental health service. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

If our system detects language suggesting crisis or acute distress in your check-in, we will show you crisis resources instead of generating a session.

Your content

The text you enter in check-ins belongs to you. The sessions generated for you are created for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share generated sessions.

One session per day

Return is designed around one session per day. This is intentional and is not a limitation — it is the product. There is no way to override this within the app.

Availability

We aim to keep Return available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sessions require an internet connection to generate. Once generated, your session is stored locally for offline access.

Termination

You may delete your account and all data at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
